We are open daily from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Our luxury sanctuary is located in Manhattan, New York. For our Out Call services, we deliver the spa experience directly to your home, luxury residence, or hotel room across Manhattan.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance, or do you accept walk-ins?
To guarantee your preferred time and therapist, we highly recommend booking in advance through our online system. However, same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome depending on current availability. Please call or text us directly to check immediate openings.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.
How do I prepare for an Out Call (Mobile) Massage session?
You don’t need to worry about a thing! Our professional certified therapists will bring everything required, including a premium massage table, fresh linens, organic oils, and relaxation music. We only ask that you provide a quiet, cleared space (approx. 8x5 feet) for the table setup.
